Laboratory Member

A dental laboratory, as referred to in our Bylaws, shall be any single location establishment whose sole purpose is the fabrication or manufacture, processing, or repair of dental and oral prosthetic appliances, providing services to any licensed dentist, dental clinic, or other dental laboratory as herein described. Membership shall be international in scope. Any dental laboratory is entitled to receive the privileges and services of the Association as a Laboratory Member.  Dues will be assessed to each single location.

Corporate Member.

A corporate member, as referred to in our Bylaws, shall be any establishment that owns more than one dental laboratory and administers corporate control over management and administrative functions of owned laboratories. Corporate Members are entitled to receive the privileges and services of the Association as a Corporate Member.

NEW FOR 2024…Corporate membership covers all laboratories owned by the corporation (Laboratory membership is no longer required for each different location). For membership benefits to be extended to all laboratories owned by the corporation, please attach a list containing the following information: Lab Name, Lab Address, Lab contact name, Contact’s email, Lab Phone, Lab website.
