Membership is open to dental laboratories that fabricate restorations for licensed dentists, and is approved by the Cal-Lab board. Annual dues are $595, shown here for information only. Nothing is charged with this application. Approved members pay once when registering for the Annual Meeting, which includes one complimentary registration.
